No messages are coming through: what should I do?

If you do not see notifications from our company, we recommend that you take the following steps:

  • Check your spam folder. Sometimes an email can end up in spam, and you won't receive a notification about it. If you find the email in your spam folder, move it to your inbox and mark it as "Not spam."

  • Please verify that the email address is correct. You may have made a mistake when filling in your personal details in the settings of your Personal account. If the address is incorrect, please enter the correct one and save your changes.
